Easy to cut and paint wood patterns for students, jigsaw’s, scrollers and hobbyists. Assistants provided if needed. The City of Bradenton has launched MyBradenton 311, a new public web portal designed to make it easier for residents to report non-emergency issues and connect with City services. The system replaces the City’s previous “Report a Problem” tool and provides a more streamlined way to submit requests, track progress, and stay informed. Residents can report concerns such as potholes, streetlight outages, drainage issues, and other non- emergency matters that require City attention, all in one place. The MyBradenton 311 web portal is now live, and a mobile app is expected to launch soon.

City officials say the new system will improve communication and transparency by giving both residents and staff a clearer picture of service requests across the community. Behind the scenes, MyBradenton 311 is also connected to the City’s asset management system, linking service requests to the infrastructure they relate to, such as pipes, roads, or equipment. This allows staff to spot patterns, see when something was last addressed, and plan ahead, helping reduce the need for larger, more disruptive repairs. Residents can access MyBradenton 311 through the “Report a Problem” link on the City’s website or directly at cityofbradenton. com/mybradenton311
