National FFA Week is celebrated from February 16 th to February 22nd . The entire point of this week is to promote agricultural education and the importance of youth being involved in the practice. It allows chapters from not only your local county, but from all over the world to come together and connect because of the shared love we all have for agriculture and FFA. This club deserves to be celebrated as some people may not understand the idea that without agriculture, we wouldn’t have the food on ourplates and the clothing we wear. Palmetto High FFA is kicking off their week with a camo day, where everyone is wearing camo attire. As the week continues, there will be a red, white, and blue day, where everyone will dress in said colors, as well as a day where all members and officers will wear any Palmetto High FFA shirts as well as a cookout. The goal of doing these activities is to increase the connectivity between the chapter, as that is what allows it to stay alive and successful. Happy National FFA Week!
